I'm just giving the basic chords because it would be
stupid to make such a simple yet beautiful song so complex.
The first part (Ebm7) gets repeated throughout the song,
with the extension of a C# (9) and
a C (8) that gets alternated each time with the basic chord Ebm7.
eg Ebm7 x3 then Ebm7 with #9 x3, again 3x Ebm7 and then 3x with the added #8.
This part ends each time with a Bbm.
The technique is muting/lifting all fingers off rhitmically so you create some sort of beat.
Also switching between upstroke or downstrum makes it dynamic.
Easiest thing to do is just listen.

Basically after the Bbm you go to the Ebm7 and slide to Fm7, and then you go back to Bbm.
